The actual dimensions of a shipping container is 8'-0" wide x 8'-6" high x 40'-0" long. You can start out small, then later remodel. Remodeling is a breeze... just stack on another custom designed container without worry about loads... they are designed to be filled and stacked on ships. The inherit modular nature of these containers make them perfect for this use.
